Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms apply to booking requests and e-shisha hire supplied under the trading name Shisha Point. Shisha Point is not currently a registered company. Contact us at info@shishapoint.co.uk. A service or correspondence address will be provided during booking confirmation and added here once established.

1. About a booking request

Submitting the online form creates a booking request only. It does not guarantee availability or form a confirmed hire agreement. We will confirm the hire date, delivery area, final price, deposit and identification requirements before accepting the booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when we expressly accept it and receive the payment we request.

2. Eligibility and identification

Shisha Point operates a 21+ policy. The person making and receiving the booking must be at least 21 and must present valid photographic identification before the equipment is supplied. We may refuse or cancel a hire where suitable identification is not produced or we reasonably believe the equipment may be supplied to someone under 21.

3. Hire period, price and deposit

  • You may request a hire from 1 to 7 days.
  • The hire price is £50 per e-shisha for each 24-hour period.
  • A fixed £10 delivery charge applies to every booking.
  • A £20 refundable security deposit applies to each device unless a different amount is agreed for a group or event booking.
  • One selected flavour is included with each e-shisha unless otherwise stated.

The deposit is separate from the hire and delivery charges and will be returned after the equipment has been collected and checked, subject to the deductions described below.

4. Customer responsibilities

You must keep the equipment secure, use it only as instructed, prevent access by anyone under 21 and return all equipment and accessories in the condition supplied, allowing for reasonable use. You must not modify, open, sell, sub-hire or use the equipment unlawfully. Please tell us promptly about loss, damage, malfunction or a delivery or collection problem.

5. Delivery and collection

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure an eligible adult is available at the agreed time. Delivery and collection windows are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed time. If access is unavailable, we may charge reasonable additional delivery or collection costs after explaining them.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Customer cancellation

You may cancel without a Shisha Point cancellation charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery time. If you cancel within 48 hours, we may retain or charge only reasonable costs and losses that we have actually incurred and cannot recover. We will take reasonable steps to reduce those losses.

After fulfilment has started

If delivery or another expressly requested service has already begun, any refund may be reduced by a reasonable amount for the service already provided and costs incurred, except where the law requires otherwise.

Cancellation by Shisha Point

If we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, we will refund amounts paid for the unprovided hire. This does not affect your statutory rights. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days.

7. Damage, loss and late return

We may make a reasonable deduction from the deposit for missing items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, exceptional cleaning, or additional collection costs caused by a late or failed return. Any deduction will reflect the reasonable repair, replacement or recovery cost and we will explain it. If reasonable losses exceed the deposit, you may be responsible for the balance. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Product information and responsible use

Our service supplies electronic shisha equipment and may include nicotine-containing consumables. Nicotine is addictive. Products must be used according to their instructions and any warnings supplied. Do not use the equipment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to an ingredient, or have been advised not to use nicotine products. Seek appropriate medical advice if unsure.

9. Events and venues

You are responsible for obtaining permission from the venue and complying with its rules, fire-safety requirements and applicable law. Event staffing, setup, quantities and service times must be agreed in writing and may be subject to separate quoted terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, misuse, unauthorised use, venue restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Complaints and contact

Contact info@shishapoint.co.uk with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly.

12. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. No third party has a right to enforce these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available where you live.
